Robotics
An AI-based robot that recognises, classifies and separates materials on a conveyor belt — replacing the tasks of a manual triator.
ECOPICK is an artificial intelligence (AI) based robot that recognises and classifies a wide variety of objects on a conveyor belt, replacing the tasks usually performed by a manual triator. Its waste classification tasks consist of carrying out quality control and recovery of materials in a continuous, autonomous way.
Its learning is constant thanks to the deep learning algorithm that allows it to detect and recognise new shapes, colours and textures in changing environments. Software updates and an intelligent neural network capable of adapting to these changes provide consistent performance over time.
ECOPICK uses vision and artificial intelligence to automate the sorting and triage of recoverable material in recycling plants — working autonomously and accurately processing high volumes of waste.
The robotic unit implements the decision made, with precision and speed.
Through images, ECOPICK interprets a given situation in real time.
Deep learning algorithms allow the robot to make decisions and keep improving.
ECOPICK can be adapted to recognise, classify and separate any material. Its applications are diverse — we adapt our product to the needs of different production or quality control processes across the recycling industry: packaging, medicines, metals and more.
